No. I was simply reviewing the Handbook and didn't see any mention of not discussing other stocks. Under SPAM it simply says you can't "promote" other tickers....suggest someone buy XYZ.

I can't find it stated that you can't mention other tickers, but I understand it's a violation to do so.
