1st, I used a calculator lol. Try it, the numbers for the loan are in the 8-K to do the math. Principle, interest rate, term.... all there.

2nd, they are paying interest and principle because the 8-K doesn't say they are not. The 8-K doesn't mention squat about interest only payments. The only time they mention interest only payments is when the announced the LOI six weeks ago. We haven't heard a thing about that since including the last 3 press releases. Plus this wouldn't be the first time the company left us to believe something for months because it was in a FORWARD LOOKING press release months before confessing it didn't materialize. Or did you already forget about the Chase Financial scandal?

3rd, actually they spent about $36k of the $80k on units and the rest on paid promos and obviously bills. BTW, they even had the Chase Loan PR linked to the ihub promo for three weeks before they realized they were promoting the same event that never took place and chased off investors. Pretty embarrassing and a huge waste of money if you ask me.

4th, if you haven't figured out by now that that people realize TDG's SPA with a friggin ratchet isn't a convertible debt but a really twisted way to sugar coat the loan, I don't know what else to tell you. I see it and the pps and market activity proves the rest of the market sees it as well.

5th and finally, even though I can sit here all day and debate with you, it's your childish insults and immature attitude that are out of control and I don't have to waste my time on. I can even deal with your poor english and grammar because I don't know if it is your first language or not. But that attitude bro, you're getting nastier by the post and I'm done dealing with it. Even if I was interested in buying what you're selling, I wouldn't buy it from you.

For anyone else reading this, my posts over the last week or so are loaded with information that can be verified in filings, press releases, trends, market activity, and even explain the basic games played in the OTC I've learned the hard way by companies and lenders and how I see the same trends here.

I even explain the difference I see between equity placements that create growth and success compared to common shares issued as a payoff and to collateralize failure and dilute common shareholders. All you need to do is look into past filings from companies that have been successful and companies that have diluted the crap out of shareholders to see the difference. Very time consuming but worth it imo.

So right now all I'm actually doing is repeating to Orwell stuff I've already posted over and over so I'm done posting here for now until news hits. Like I said, my point has been made and its in my posts for anyone who wants to read them. Good luck to all and please reference my disclaimer found below every one of my posts.
