Are you kidding me? The vast majority of sub penny stocks (including this one IMO) are total garbage behind the curtain that wind up costing investors dearly with brutal ongoing dilution (see COTE), shady financial dealings (see COTE's "anti dilution awards", toxic convertibles to equity houses, pre authed reverse split, and gagged transfer agent), and false promise used as carrot to continually sell those diluted shares (See every COTE PR forever).

$1000 at .01 is now $70 at .0007, who can argue with that?

And when they pull the reverse split they authed? That $70 will look like a million bucks IMO.
