Rawman, it's obvious that schramm hasn't filed his year end report since he is trying to support the value of his companies stock. He probably figures that releasing the fact that XLIT had zero (0) revenue might hurt the stock's 1 penny a share value. If this is in fact the case, I applaud schramm for looking out for his shareholder's interests.
