Good analysis. I wouldn't worry too much about the dilution. Warrants are usually exercised when some liquidity event occurs or after some vesting schedule, so they're unlikely to have any affect on the individual share price.

This all points toward some substantive progress being discussed on November 9. As you say, the communications are abysmal, but it suggests that there must be some specifics to talk about, for a change.
