That's what I mean, yes. If Dimension succeeds no need for jury trial.

As far as what happens if Dimension loses, I don't know what microfiche has to do with it (?). Tmmi has dropped its claims against Dimension including over VDK 2. So I think win or lose Dimension can use the VDK 2 code in its possession.
