You're right, but I'm not too hopeful of any changes occurring with how this "management" team operates. They've proven over and over again what they aren't capable of.

And OK, great, they got some funding...and more dilution. If they don't move the share price needle soon (as you state below)...they're staring a LARGE reverse split right in the eyes to get this to a decent, trade-able level with all the dilution.
