A search for Libigel on Deals.bio (formerly AVARX) is no longer showing advertising Libigel as a licencing opportunity. To the best of my knowledge they never updated the Libigel listing to mention the CV risk reduction benefits. It was last updated Feb 22, 2016. Now it is gone.

When you search ANI Pharma on deals.bio they are still a company for partnering deals.

Deals.bio is tied to Torreya Partners.

Allen Lefkowitz of Torreya Partners appears to have brokered 5 deals with/for Ani Pharmaceuticals, if you include the IDT -Sandoz deal. in his bio you will also notice that he work approx. 20 years for Teva.

I don't know if the patent application extension fees being paid without an Applicant's argument/Remarks made in an amendment are related. Since this seems to be inconsistent with the other extensions I have been researching. Did they have an interview with the examiner which has not been posted yet?
