The C&D was issued two years ago and I'm just hearing about it recently. Wasn't it made public back then?

You said B&L are currently under investigation. If that's true, why has it taken two years and counting for a conclusion?
And how do you know they're being investigated? If these facts were previously posted I missed 'em after I stopped following this scam.

It's not like they're investigating a major corporation with lots of players, this was basically two people in a small warehouse. And I'm sure it's made much easier with Eric's assistance. I don't know if they ever received any outside funding.

At least investors weren't the only ones who got suckered in, Walmart fell for it too.
