How do they hire a CFO without officially announcing the termination of the previous CFO, Bob Miranda? Or maybe he wasn't officially the CFO in the eyes of the SEC? I don't know. I hope these guys know what they're doing.
PS: the former(?) CFO, Bob Miranda, was reportedly sick and couldn't make it to the phone for the last quarterly conference call. Was he able to recover from his illness I wonder?
