One Month Until Management Is Four (4) Reports Behind

Unless the very unlikely happens (Management fulfilling their responsibility to SEC and shareholders by issuing overdue annual and quarterly reports), one month from now, Management will be four (4) reports, or one full year behind on their reporting responsibility. It is very hard to believe they are 'diligently working' on them as per the response I received from them.

I can hardly wait to see what they pay themselves retroactively for doing only certain parts of their job.

Also, not much information provided to back up the claim of the 'busy summer' from the August 23, 2016 social media post. However, at this point, that is not surprising at all based on their track record.

As always, I so want them to turn this disaster around.
