I couldn't agree less first off this isn't MORE financing it's the initial funding that will get them over 2,000 units once they lease those out they should be able to self fund from there because other than the payment to TDG the rest of the money goes into the war chest to self find add growth . This deal gets them to the point were they shouldn't need any additional funding at all. It's not like every time they need units they need funding these things do generate reoccurring revenue and 2000 units will be like over 100k a month, pay TDG the 10k on the Loan and buy more units with the 90k this loan gets them 2000 units today BUT many many many more tomorrow
