I agree 100% with the concerns you brought up. Hopefully Culley addresses these on the 19th. Maybe there is hope here just yet. I just don't like the price action going on with this stock. The majority of people are not wanting to buy this because they don't trust this will have a positive outcome, hence the constant downtrend.
