Inventergy Global, Inc. (fka INVT)

I participated in the Public Offering and added another 10k shares and warrants and was impressed with how far out of their way the company Executive Management went to be inclusive.

I believe in Joe and his team as well as the business model. INVT may be have been a little early but they have weathered this nasty IP environment and diversified with this new innovation portion of the business. Lots of coal in the world and very very few diamonds comparatively but I do believe INVT has a strong chance to be one of those diamonds.

We just need some breathing room and a few deals will help that.

Float is still fairly thin (especially after taking into account closely held stock) even if everything was exercised and so I do think you could see some volatility on all sides positive and negative.

The fact they were full subscribed (which I can attest to because I was unable to get 100% of what I asked for as far as shares) is also a fairly positive sign to me.
