Can a Marijuana business expert please explain the impact of this agreement with TGS international.

Will it help us in Colorado or help us in Canada.

Looks like it will benefit TGS International more that it will OrganiGram.

Why doesn't OrganiGram buy them outright?


Note:
The fact could be that TGS has multiple extraction methodologies that OGI needs to make more strains available for selling a wider variety of products.
