Okay...since we're back to our regularly scheduled programming, I feel the need to delve back into my original DD and re-post. I still feel very strongly about what I've uncovered here.

FOLKS...I THINK I STUMBLED ACROSS SOMETHING. Please take a look at my below DD and tell me what you think. This is definite food for thought! And all IMHO based on my own research!

I was reading through the September 20th PR, and decided to Google "Darrell Kee", who in the PR was announced as the newly appointed Senior Yacht Captain of the recently acquired KALY subsidiary, Wave Marine & Yacht Services.

I found Kee's Linked In:

Now...although the page is bare-boned, it does state his current employer as Freedom Boat Club.

So, I Googled Freedom Boat Club and came across their website:

Freedom Boat Club is a HUGE Company. REALLY HUGE. And get this: they are privately owned. First thing that crossed my mind was, WHY WOULD DARRELL KEE LEAVE A HUGE NATIONAL COMPANY (presumably with great benefits) to join KALI, a small Sarasota company.

WHY? BECAUSE IN MY OPINION, HE DID NOT LEAVE. It's my guess that KEE IS STILL EMPLOYED BY FREEDOM BOAT CLUB. To further this argument, please note...THE SEPTEMBER 20th PR DOES NOT STATE THAT KEE CAME FROM FREEDOM BOAT CLUB! This is a key nugget.

Why wouldn't KALY say anything about KEE’S former employer, especially one as impressive as FREEDOM BOAT CLUB? Well, putting the pieces together, one can speculate that Freedom Boat Club might want to go public. Someone here mentioned the idea of a buyout happening given Kee’s coming on board. What this looks like to me (and I must stress, this is IN MY OPINION) is that FREEDOM BOAT CLUB MAY VERY WELL REVERSE MERGE with KALY in order to go public.

Of course, the above DD is all a wild guess and pure conjecture based on the details I’ve dug out online…but it kinda makes sense, no?
