Great post Excelsior. I was going to talk about the different levels of patents but you beat me to it. LOL... Facebook and Google is very very interesting. Whoever had that patent portfolio would not only be able to defend themselves from the other , but could actually go on the offensive against the other not to mention other infringers which are many to say the least.. That is what I'm really hoping for... Intense bidding war for the patent portfolio for a very high premium.. If one shows interest you know the other one will show interest as well and there you go.. Instagram is a perfect example
