Wishful thinking, completely unrealistic.

"work together" hah, MAXD brings absolutely nothing to the table for product development.

Even if MAXD succeeds in its claims, Google's consortium is releasing a new royalty-free codec within 6 months. MAXD's claims are on software at the cliff of obsolescence.
