If you look at the last press release for the annual meeting you'll see why we need to watch him . the meeting was held in dec of 2015 ,(for 2015) and for those who couldnt make it the 2016 meeting was in april . the soonest we can have a 2017 meeting is April!! and he can outvote anyone with 1000 votes per share!! then he issues himself shares to vote a "quoram" of class "b" convertable shares and that is in effect for 3 years ,then convert at $4:1? slick to say the least. been on the computer for the last5 hours and dug up a lot more of the same!!!!way too good to share!!!heres my outlook : the 10Q will be late again and we wont be uplisted this year. look at the numbers we have money coming in but still showing a huge loss???? we cant get listed like that.I've been to connecticut, florida and illinois and back home in that 5 hours
