upcoming catalysts?
i saw that the company filed their motion to dismiss the class action, and while i'm not a lawyer, the arguments seemed very sound. if the case is indeed dismissed with prejudice, what, if any, impact would this have on share price?
also, i'm expecting them to start enrolling in the NDA enabling p3 trial comparing erav against meropenem for cIAI... will this jump start the share price?
ID week is also coming up at the end of the month. lots of good data being presented.
I'm long on ttph, but just wondering if anyone else is still hanging on and what your thoughts are.
