I think it's a great idea for all the (former) shareholders of MSX to request information about not just the cease trade order, but to also ask about the reasons for MSX being delisted. If negligent management practices are cited, then maybe an impromptu special general meeting of former shareholders at the former corporate garage office would be in order for some sort of an explanation.

I wouldn't include any accusations reflecting your thoughts about the BCSC's "complicity in harbouring Barrick's fraud" though. I think a good way for your correspondence to be tossed into the "crackpot" bin would be to send a government office unfounded accusations about one of their own branches. If you insist on doing it however, at least send it separately from the MSX query.
