How much money do they need on the balance sheet? I thought there was a requirement there too, but I may be wrong. I will look it up too.
Company won't sell stock until the systems are up and running and revenue is coming in. Then and only then, will the Investment Bankers take them "on the road" to sell the stock. The price as in all offerings will be set AFTER the road show, so investors can get a clear idea of what they are investing in.
My guess is that it will be over-subscribed when all is said and done.
We shall see. (that would surprise some, lol).
