Your conclusions appear to be correct. The E-mail also has a scanned in balance sheet that is totally incorrect and it is signed by Frankie. I would cut and paste it to this forum if I could, but scanned documents don't copy. An information gathering company is asking me to confirm directly information relating to notes payable. the information they want confirmed relates to demand notes from 2011,12,13. The information they want confirmed is incorrect.
