The last post like this was in July. No changes at all from that point. How long will you hold your shares?

No websites, no business license (and late fees), no drones or other products available, no money to spend on anything and a late SEC report which should get this stock delisted any day now. SEC put a STOP on the MONSTER ARTS page on their site. No news since Feb 2017, no communication from the CEO other than a face book post about a bad Kankle, 10 Billions OS, 3 Reverse Splits, constant late filings and insiders selling of shares. CEO wants to sell on EBAY and Amazon, but no product or even a ebay id found. Known employees (1- his wife: we wont count him), the Location of Travel America Guide: in a junkyard. Tried calling the number to talk to Wayne? No answer, just a machine. Email address no longer works (location not found) Location of his work office: A P.O box. Known to hire people who has SEC problems... Wayne has a list of them. CEO location: UNKNOWN

This is just a few things. The list goes on and on. Look it up.

Wayne also let this baby go to no bid so anyone buying now is basically flushing your money down the toilet. Not like alot of people are buying this anyway. It sits with no volume for days on end.


Who would spend money on a stock with no license that is needed to keep a business open? Plan to Average Down? Good luck with that.

Buyers here become bagholders. No future in this stock.

Best of all, Waynes no where to be found to explain why he shut this one down. Maybe the SEC was hot on his case.
