I wonder if Petey will be selling a few shares soon so he can buy his Halloween costume this year.

Or maybe not; he can always use the orange jump suit with the ball and chain that he used, along with his ugly wife who pretended to be an FBI agent escorting a felon one year.

Then again, does he have any friends who would invite him to a Halloween party this year? Many are indicted and locked up now. If so, they better hide their valuables, Petey is pretty desperate these days!
