Gold Mining USA, Inc. is a development-stage exploration company. The Company is engaged in acquisition, expansion and development of metallurgical and mining projects. The Company has 100% interest of the mining property in both the Gypsy Mine and the El Tule Mine. Its other projects include the Riverstone Resource project, Palmyra mine and Bullfrog District mine. Its Gypsy mine is an approximately 160 acre property in Nevada. The Gypsy mineral property is located in section 21, township 14 north, range 21 east. The Riverstone Resources mining tenement contains approximately 300,000 ounces of gold and an extraction license for alluvial/sand and gravel over an adjoining approximately 16,500 acres. Palmyra mine covers approximately 160 acres with total inferred mineral resource of approximately 135,000 ounces. The Bullfrog mine is located at the northern end of the Amargosa Desert in Nye County in the state of Nevada
