the higher the pps, the lower the a/s

over at wcsy, they seem to be fluctuating between .10 - .25 on 25 million a/s

i don't think an otc r/m will lower to 25 million from current levels, but i think you are in a good ballpark with your number

the above is all IMHO (consider this my safe harbor statement)
