if they do not sell something likely up

who knows what comes up from now to end of October as bouyout option

just 1 buyer (financer) no other chance or buyers for this project @ 0.2 cents ?

an educated guess would tell that the sale here is not "just the assets" , but anything related to running the asstes and the place



in any way the sale sorts out , the buyer will be in for a tremendous deal , doesn't need a bachelor degree to understand what -very big- interests layin in the project ....
