Microphase has applied for a Nasdaq listing and is looking to do a 1 for 3 R/S..
It will be interesting to see how this plays out.

Our Board’s primary reason for approving and recommending the Reverse Stock Split is to increase the per share price of our Common Stock to meet the listing requirements of the NASDAQ Capital Market
