Yes, there is something wrong with the old system... The scammers don't like investors to know what the OS is in a timely manner. This is the 3RD time OTCM has tried this. Nobody wants to play and notice that VStock (who has many OTC pink non-reporting clients) only wants to participant with the OTCQX and OTCQB tiers that are only in that tier if they are SEC filers and current with filings. The information they would provide can already be found in their filings.
