Getting closer to launch! You can sense it in the recent stock price behavior. Someone or someone(s) is/are starting to build a position down here.
Note: the S-1 and the up-listing intention of the company to go on the small cap NYSE means, that before they can do that, the stock has to be above $4/share for more than 30 days, and they have to have a certain amount of $$ on their balance sheet.
To get there, they will have to be receiving bookings from the Mark Travel agents (the first of the Travel Agent companies to use their Alt Lodging Inventory) and PR'd a while back as their intention.
Amazing to me that this stock isn't higher here. It is only being traded by "looky loos", day-traders, and people who haven't a "clue".
But, it does look like the volume is now picking up a bit (just a bit), and as their previous PR stated, they are striving for a connection to Mark Travel's Vax system (whatever that is) in October. Well, it should be happening pretty soon then.
