Keeping it realistic, Cortec Mgmt will want their initial payday once the Preferred B shares come off restriction, so I expect some conversions to take place this time next year. I doubt they will sell everything as they will want to maintain a certain level of ownership in the company. I can see Victor recouping his investments/loans to the company too.

The only way the share price can climb back to a respectable level before the next reverse split is if "No Money" is successful.
