I just don't see that Clonefan . The float will not increase that quickly and with these series B shares being reduced to 130 to 260 million shares seeing the possibility of a 50 to 1 or 100 to 1 reverse split a successful company can handle and absorb shares being sold from insiders especially with no more toxic loans. If the stock price moves way up most shareholders might exit the stock before any insiders sell . I do believe in the possibility of insiders holding for sometime after 1 year restriction is over in the event that C-Space is nearing completion and the commercialization of C-Space itself could increase the share price so I think insiders wait to see C-Space commercialized and who knows what other technologies that will be hitting the market in time with these other patents that the company has the option to licence in 18 months. I think the company grows successfully and we have a very good possibility for the stock to move nicely giving shareholders more value and an opportunity to trade their stock if they wish. I just don't see a rerverse split followed by the insiders just dumping 130/260 million shares of stock after the restrictions come off and convertions take place but who knows we may be trading much higher when they do sell and the stock will have plenty of demand to absorb insider stock and not hurt the stock price at all. If it did I don't think they would ever choose to do so for that would just hurt themselves and their company.
