I agree Razor , I believe the company will do a reverse split could happen before any conversions take place . I see the insiders holding their stock even after a reverse split. If they do a reverse split of say 100 to 1 we would see probably around 15 to 17 million shares in the float with around 130 million shares, former series B shares, converted to common shares and sitting on the sidelines unless the share price is much higher in which case insiders may sell some shares but shareholders by that time will have had a chance to sell at higher prices with a low float, 15 million to maybe 17 million.The float is what matters here.
