The pepper spray grenades and flash grenades are different products for different situations. The flash grenade is mainly a distraction and disorientation device to stun someone in a closed area so officers can then rush in and grab him. The pepper spray version is more of a wide field effect to be used on multiple persons in a riot situation, I think. But both versions can end up being tossed into a house or other building during an operation and that's where the roll resistant and tracer features become so important. Accounting for used grenades and leaving none behind means eliminating that big liability of having to purchase fire damaged properties which could run into millions of dollars of needless expense.

Barry Lamperd has done his research and is giving the market a much better product with his new designs. I can see a lot more business coming his way as the word spreads.
