Thanks Profit, my mistake. I see they are different types of grenades, so if these are better and lighter, wouldn't the people who just purchased the flash grenades want these instead ? I didn't read intensely, so perhaps they serve different needs and purposes instead of the pepper grenade just being an upgrade.
