Tell Charles yourself since you address him in this post he won't read, doing it here just hurts the current investors AND you don't have any basis for assuming they're given up even as they just put out the new filing:

He HAS told me he's working on this financing and bringing back the company to a higher status but not with what plans, and seems to me and anyone else that the 2 go together, gotta get investors excited in something not just rescuing the company from debt, I'm sure he is aware of that but doesn't want to get up false hopes -- still, ask him yourself not complain here if you want a possible answer.
