The Court finds the settlement offer is reasonable and adequate and accepts the settlement of this case. IT IS ORDERED that Defendant shall submit a joint order for the Court's signature and this case shall be closed. As stated on the record, Plaintiff's representative will have thirty (30) days to meet with the Independent Director's Committee and make a presentation as outlined in the settlement agreement from the entry of a written order.
