Likely bagholders from years ago trying to average down their high PPS holdings.

If this scam ever comes alive again the first thing they'll do is reverse-split the stock and decimate all shareholders. That's not really an upside now is it?

The question is Who is collecting these 0,0001 and why? When there is a merger I see a lot upside potention.
