Usual case of players looking at charts when they should have been doing DD. Most of this restructuring was announced months ago. Here's the problem today:

"NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Shares of Alcoa (AA) closed
down 11.42% to $27.91 on heavy trading volume on Tuesday
after the company reported weaker-than-expected third-quarter
results."
