After the acquisition, by percentage, CNCG will have an ultra low free trading float due to the overwhelming percentage of insider shares. Insider shares cannot easily be traded, so if a quick buying spree starts up these shares cannot participate.


In the prior press release an estimated share price is used for the acquisition:
