So let me see if I can understand this

you place an order to buy at the 1.17 ask

but instead the brokerage firm allows you to buy your shares at 1.16, which is below the 1.17 ask

and you are mad because the brokerage firm got you a better price than the ask?

So, in essence, what you wanted to do was to get a higher price to print than what you can actually buy the stock for, even if you had to pay more?

and you are complaining about this?

Wow! and someone really had to ask! Just a poster child, and has never traded. My guess is, he has no idea what goes on besides on this board or a few other boards! That's fine with me! I'll put you to rest soon!!! And then you can find another job, maybe I'll see you at walmart as a greater! Possibly at Home Depot as a know it all! lol
