These guys are geniuses!!! It just struck me...
All the form 4's that occurred during the merger said they were gifting their shares to family. Essentially they were gifting a high value of shares to individuals in low tax brackets (assumed). This does multiple things for them...
1. I'm sure they are taking a salary from company.
2. Now most of the income earned will be distributed back to the shareholders (they own the majority).
3. Shares will probably incur a lower tax bracket for gains.
Damn, clever guys! Essentially they are squeezing every penny out of this company. They have a MAJOR reason to make this very successful and I expect great news in the following months.
