Learned my lesson long ago. Almost all OTC's, even those current with the SEC, are to be avoided. This one has always been little but a personal enrichment scheme for Fouch and his cronies. He did try to disguise it, and did try to produce a product, but I'm quite sure that all along, he knew what he was doing....emptying gullible pockets....
