A judge stepped in and said lets fast track the CEN JR in 20 days. This was kind of unprecedented and just as quickly Bill dropped the JR. Funny thing is the judge was Judge Phelan from the MMAR injunction case.

A few weeks later they dropped the OMB hearing too lol.
