Yes, SEC investigations are confidential. But the subject of such an investigation certainly knows about it, as they have been subpoenaed and had to testify. And it is certainly their right to disclose they and their company is under SEC investigation. And, in this case, that is how we know about this active investigation. The subject has been very chatty about the investigation into them and their company, and their disclosures. And that is where Norat comes in. Not only did Norat and/or CFGX do "deals" with the Company and CEO under current SEC investigation, Norat is listed as the person that prepared this other company's paid OTC disclosures and financial statements. The very same ones the SEC is claiming are fraudulent. Uh oh.
