Maybe I am missing something. Please help.
Comparing this stock to YGYI and this is what i see: (JRJR first; YGYI second number)
Revenue 113.99 mil; 156.60 mill (YGYI higher)
EBITDA negative 14.11; positive 8.76 (YGYI much better)
Price to Sales ratio 0.34 vs 0.74 (YGYI much better)
YGYI is also better on debt (JRJR has YUGE long term debt)
Stock beta 2.31 vs 0.32 (YGYI trades in a tight predictable band while JRJR 52 wk hi is 4X its 52 wk low
Stock price over 6 months: JRJR declined by 14% while YGYI rose by 12%

I see YGYI is an OTC stock and JRJR is NYSE. Is that worth that much? What am I missing? Their industries and strategies look similar.
