Yes, the CEO was so dump, he didn't fully realize that toxic debt causes dilution, which has a terrible effect on stock price and shareholder value.

After that devastating experience with Magna, he continued to borrow other convertible debentures with Hanover, Asher, and many others. With the same effect. Must be a slow learner.

And the the communication app that was supposed to compete with Skype ? It was a total disaster.
The company released a VOIP app that had no compelling feature, indistinguishable from 1000 similar apps. And a year and a half later, released a video plug-in based on a Google-developped codec, that nobody bothered to download.

Pervasip sold that "precious" VOIP tech to a related entity, for a handful of worthless share, and soon afterward the other company went dark.

I hope PVSP will announce a new venture, after a suitable R/S to get rid of all its disgruntled shareholders. Just for my entertainment.

I'll try to warn new gamblers that the company is deep in debt, and has a terrible track record of FAILures, but, it is likely that most won't listen.
