Someone may have posted this argument before but it stands true today:
All Cyclone has to do (and really that is all it takes) is to demonstrate a working engine or deliver a working engine.

The stock price would shoot up, they would be making more money and everything would be fine. But either the deliveries were to companies that are too super secret for them to disclose the sale or they do not have a product.
