can't accuse anybody of anything...Just look at the past 3 or more yrs and the false claims of the present day..I would assume they have failed and why would they say they have...thus the silence...A lot of false hopes the past 3-4 yrs...and way under anything to breaking even.A Hope and a prayer wouldn't even help
